    Purchased two tickets for Nov 30 Avs game, was sent from ********, to Ticketmaster to Kronke Sports to download tickets. Site will NOT download tickets, Numerous attempts to contact *** have failed, no phone contact. Emails returned with canned responses. NO help to download tickets.

    Thank you for the feedback. We have no record on any of our Guest Relations emails or voicemails from this guest regarding this issue. As Ticketmaster is our official ticketing provider, all tickets purchased from a 3rd party site will be directed back through Ticketmaster. Unfortunately, Ticketmaster did have an outage and updates that had caused some issues regarding accessing tickets earlier this season, but we were able to assist all guests when they arrived on site for their events and the issue has since been resolved. If this or any other guests have further questions, they can always reach out to ************************** or ************. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist.

    I am rejecting this response because: This does not address the issue that I pay for a sports plan with ESPN+ and after Christmas all the games are now blocked.  That is wrong.  I should still be able to watch them.  ******************** needs to realize that it isn't all about him and it is about the teams and the fans.  And to say you understand my frustration is a cop out as you only give other sights to pay for to watch the games.   They shouldn't be blacked out or blocked when I am paying already to watch them.

    Hi *****,

    Thank you for the response. 

    Not all games will be blocked on ESPN+, only the ones that also air on Altitude Sports are blacked out on ESPN+ for people that live within the Avalanche broadcast territory. The only time games are seen on ESPN+is when ESPN+ has exclusive rights (for example, the game last night 2/6).

    Heres a list of all the national broadcasts for both teams. The *** SxS Altitude territory exclusive means the *** broadcast is blacked out within our territory.Fortunately, we only have one of those left on 3/6.

    REc'd an email from ParkWhiz, which runs Kroenke's parking at Ball Arena; the email said I'd get 10% off any parking reservation through 11/28/22; I went to purchase parking and was informed "Coupon is expired". Today is 11/26, so coupon ought to be valid.
