    I am a Ghanaian resident urgently seeking assistance regarding a distressing issue involving the purchase of two vehicles from a US-registered auto company (the supplier). Since October 2024, I have encountered significant challenges in securing the delivery of a ***** LX570 SUV and a ******** Escalade, despite having paid the total cost upfront. The situation has escalated, and I now require immediate intervention to resolve the matter. The situation worsened as I began receiving continuous requests for additional payments. To date, these unexpected fees have totaled US $91,320, including charges for insurance, customs duties, importation licenses, and other supposed costs. Despite these payments, the supplier continues to introduce new issues and demands. Despite the extensive payments, I have yet to receive critical shipping documents, such as the bill of lading. The vehicles remain undelivered, and communication with the supplier has been unproductive and frustrating. I am now at a critical juncture and urgently require professional support. My primary objective is for the supplier to either deliver the vehicles as promised or refund the total amount paid, which amounts to US $91,320. This situation has created significant financial and emotional stress, and I fear that my funds are being unjustly held. I urgently request your professional assistance to navigate this complex issue and secure a resolution. Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly appreciated. I ALSO VERIFIED THE ADDRESS ON THE COLORADO STATE SECRETARY WEBSITE AND CONFIRMED IT WAS CORRECT AND THAT THEY WERE IN GOOD STANDING. THE COMPANY ALSO TOLD ME THEY HAVE A WARE HOUSE IN ***** FROM WHERE THEY SHIP OUT TO THE REST OF THE ****** INITIAL PAYMENT WAS DONE BY BANK TRANSFER AND DETAILS SPECIFIED ON THE PROFORMA WAS ALSO ***. AFTER VERIFYING ALL THEIR INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON ******* I BELIEVED I WAS DEALING WITH LEGITIMATE COMPANY ESPECIALLY FROM THEIR STATUS ON COLORADO STATE SECRETARY'S SITE.
