    *************************** sold me a car out of his business changos garage giving me two months to pay off the vehicle I have until December 14th 2022. When I purchased the car **** was very short not caring that the passanger side wouldnt open he said he would make a appointment for us next week. When I went to drop off money the week after he said there was nothing wrong with the car and he didnt need to see it , shortly after the driver side stopped opening as well , as an attempt to schedule ************************* called and asked for a appointment where she used the term f****** ******** as we are both upset it has been a month in a at this point and no resolution. Time and time again I have tired to make contact and he has said hes not there or plain out doesnt want to fix it . We spoke on the phone where he said he would make a report to get the car taken away . It is November 28th leaving me with 16 days to completely pay off the car . He threatened me , and threatened to take the car away spoke in a very rude manner. Please help me resolve this .

    **** purchased a vehicle from our business 10/10/22, disclosed to him that the car was sold "as is" with no dealer warranty, weeks later he called to see if we (I) could check a door handle & other cosmetic damage due to an accident he had; I disclosed to him that I am not a repair shop open to the public but out of courtesy to the client I told him I could check to see if it was something I could help them with; I asked him to call me on exact dates to schedule an appointment he never called on those days, & when he did call he would expect me to get him in right away, after many calls from him he told me it was "fucking bullshit", during that call & the way he approached I told him I was no longer going to help him. He then threatened me saying " you don't know who you are messing with, I am going to come to your business", to which I answered "go ahead, you know where you purchased the car".  On 12/7 he came to pay off his car & did not mention anything.
