On 10/11/14 purchased extended warranty on my 2015 ****** and signed a ********************** Contract Buy Back Agreement-Sterling Advantage. The extended warranty expired on 10/9/21 with no claims filed against it so I filed all the required paperwork and the application for The Advantage VSC Repurchase Program -sent certified mail on 10/23/21. Received a letter from Wildfire Group LLC on 4/19/22 stating I had submitted all the proper paperwork for the ********************** Contract Buy Back Program but EOS who is the company responsible for claim adjudication is not refunding the money to Wildfire Group, LLC so they can refund the money due to customers who signed repurchase agreements.

We bought the extended warranty through ****** for $1205 and did not use it. We submitted all the paperwork, jumped through all the hoops and sent everything in to ***************************** who are the administrators of this program, in June 2021. We have received nothing one year later. In April, we received a letter stating that EOS has committed a crime, that the US Prosecutor and ******** State prosecutor have a lack of interested in this issue. The letter continues to state that calling or trying to contact them will delay getting this settled. We abided by the rules and provided all necessary paperwork and are owed $1205.
