      I have a car ***air warranty from this company. My car has issues, and I took it into *** of Habberstad at **************************************************************************************************** on December 16, 2024. I have a service advisor ******* *******, phone number *************. *** gave me a loaner vehicle while they investigate what is the issue with my vehicle. They were able to pinpoint the issue. I gave them the warranty from Centurion, in which I uploaded here, and they been trying to get in contact with them as well at their phone number *************. When you call the number, it goes straight to voicemail. ******* stated that he left multiple messages, and I as well. I do not have the money to pay for this costly ***air, when I purchased a warranty for a piece of mind. You can look through the warranty pages. I even found a email from a *** from Centurion warranty company when I dealt with them last year. Here is a email for someone named **** *******. ***************************************** Still no answer. I need my ***air completed, with this warranty company to pay for the ***air. I bought this warranty from where I purchased my vehicle at Certified ****************** located *************************************************, phone number ************. my husband went back there on 12/27/24 at 4pm and spoke with the general sales manager ***** ******. His email is ******************* My husband was making sure that they still sell this warranty to new buyers when they purchase a vehicle and to make sure everything is still good. ***** reassured that he would assist. He did not follow through. We called and called and still haven't gotten to speak to him after he gave my husband his business card, which is uploaded as well. Issue is the car warranty company Centurion, is not responding, my vehicle is still in the shop, it is a very costly ***air, I would need to give the loaner car back very soon, **************** still selling this warranty to customers, and no one is accountable.

      Can you please add this invoice for the repair that is needed on my vehicle where it is currently located. This is what the warranty company need to respond to repair the vehicle.

      Purchased a 2019 *** x7 last year and along with an extended warranty from this company Centurion Inc. The transfer box needed to be replaced which was covered under the warranty. Spoke to the adjuster *********************** who sent a used transfer case to the repair shop. The shop replaced the transfer box with the one sent by **** but did not work. They called **** to coordinate him sending a new one with no avail. I have been emailing and calling **** with no response from him for weeks now. I have left about ********************************************************** back. When I have gotten through to him, he simply hangs up the phone.Claim# JS-******
