    Order was made on line with the company, ***. It was made in December 2024. They have processed my payment. When I check on line it states, unfulfilled. Tried communicating to them with there chat. No response. Ive sent them at least two emails. With no response.Can you help?Thank You ******* ****** ************

    This customer placed their order on December 30th on our online shop and it was shipped out by January 15th and delivered by January 17th. We're currently a small business and work hard to inform customers of our timelines due to limited bandwidth, which are up to 8 business days for baking and packaging and 2 additional business days for Priority Mail. This information is available on our website on the product page and upon checkout. We also take additional precautions in case customers do not read the note by sending an automated email explaining our timelines. Please see attached.  

    Please note that those are business days, which do not include weekends or major holidays (ex New Years Eve/New Year's Day). When looking at when the order was actually shipped out to the customer, it was shipped on the 10th business day and delivered within 2 business days as stated for Priority Mail.  

    Unfortunately there was a 2 day delay in our baking schedule due to being understaffed during the later part of the year which have also affected response times to the customer when he sent us an email. We aim to respond to emails within 2 business days. The initial email we received from the customer was on January 6th and we responded on January 16th, 7 business days after. This was mainly due to understaffing issues that we did apologize for in automated emails until our team was able to catch up on communication. That email also informed customers of the shipment delays we have been experiencing. 

    When we finally saw the customer's concern regarding shipping timeline, we reassured him we have shipped it out on January 15th and would be more than happy to refund his order due to the 2 business delay in fulfilling his order. We issued a refund on January 23rd upon the customer's approval and kindly asked him to cancel his complain, as we are not a fraudulent business and just have been behind schedule. He agreed that he would cancel his complaint and confirm that the issue has been resolved. Please see the attached.
