    Sometime during the week of 9/25/22 I had scheduled an appointment for Monday 10/3/22. That morning ******** had texted me and asked to reschedule via text. I had said yes and asked for other appointments. No response. During the day I had called and asked to reschedule, I spoke to a lady and she confirmed my appointment for Thursday at 4PM 10/6/22. I said thank you and got off the phone. Later in the day I realized that this was cutting it close because I have the trip the next day. So its very important this was correct, plus the lady on the phone didnt sound to capable or confident in her abilities. I called back 2 more times that evening to confirm the appointment and was told it was set. I showed up on Thursday 10/6/22 at 4PM and was told I didnt have an appointmentThe lady was rude and incompetent. I explained the situation and her response was, well I have an appointment at that time. Not a sorry for the inconvenience, nor did she even offer me one solution. Getting frustrated with her lack of people and problem solving skills. I asked to speak to a manager. She told me shes not giving me the managers phone number. Obviously, I wasnt asking for that. I asked her to please contact her supervisor, explain the situation and let me speak to them, and she told me no. I asked her how I should resolve this and she said with a manager. Obviously I hope you can understand my frustration. I again asked how I was supposed to do that if she refused to contact them or tell me how to contact them and then she asked me to leave. Im not a person to cause problems, Im not dangerous. I literally look like the least threatening thing there is, but I understand if shes uncomfortable. I asked her what her name was so I could bring this up with management and she just ignored me. I left. Obviously this is extremely frustrating. Therefore, I figured maybe a few bad reviews online and maybe a formal complaint with the BBB and then I could speak to the manage

    To whom it may concern,

     

    my name is ***** and i am the operations manager of this business. I was made aware of this situation the day after it had happened and had made contact with the unsatisfied client. We had a very respectful and constructive discussion about the incident that had happened with said employee and came to a fair agreement and understanding. The employee should have my contact information (usually email) on hand for any questions or concerns. We fully understand how frustrating it can be to not be heard and given the circumstances of this situation we have gone through a training process for customer service interactions if this should happen in the future.
