  This company ran away before finishing the job. I have been asking for more than 2 years for them to come finish/fix my banisher. They have refused saying that their ********* is the best and there is no way anything is wrong despite the 1/4 inch gaps, cracked wood, trim falling off and a newel post that is not square. I think this may be due to us not having a contract for the ******** where as when they finished our basement there was a contract signed. *BUYER BEWARE*!

  We completed multiple projects for Mr. ******** beginning 6 years ago, with the last 4 years ago. All of our work was contracted and completed to our highest standards, including the rail that Mr. ******* mentioned. Mr. ******** completed a final walk and gave final payment upon completion of the project. Mr. ******** admitted to damaging the rail just months after we had completed our work. We then went back to repair the homeowner damaged rail, at no cost. It has since been damaged again. The issues are not due to poor quality or craftsmanship on our end, but the homeowner admitted damages.

  Where can I post images and video proof of poor quality? I have a video that shows loose wood work that is wobbling. If my wife removing a jacket from a newel post causes damage, there is obviously a quality issue. I also have pictures of the trim and large gaps between it and the newel post, with the gaps it is no wonder it's falling apart. There are literally places I can straight up see through the ********.I have asked them to fix this for 2 years multiple times they agreed to come look only to not show up or even call. I was one told this was done as a courtesy to me and as such they owe me nothing. I have also gotten several threatening messages from the business owner after 10pm at night since leaving a review. My contract also stated that $530.00 of drywall repair was supposed to be completed that never was done. As the owner called one day and said he didn't care and that the project needed to be 100% completed.4 years ago is yet another lie, my payments and contacts are within the last 3 years (you can't just round up) and I've been asking them to fix the issues for over 2 and 1/2 years. I gave the benefit of the doubt as I know they are busy since it took more than 1 year for them to start requested work the 1st time.I'm planning on taking this to small claims court if this is not fixed or my $531 dollars for drywall repair is not returned. Honestly I want more considering this ******** will need to be completed before I can sell this house.
