    I placed an order for sale products in December and I did not receive the products. When I e-mailed them I was told that the shipment was in route and they havent arrived yet. Payment was charged to my account and I want a refund.

    Saw an ad on ******** for ****** baby clothes. I went to the site and ordered several baby outfits. I never received the items. Order placed on 12/30/23 and as of today I have not received the items. The tracking number they provided states that my shipment was left on a doorstep in ************. I live in ***** and my address shows "verified" on the Lesliesole.com site. Tried to contact by phone *************) and a recording stated that it is a restricted number. Sent an email ************************************ with no response. This has to be a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM LESLIESOLE.COM IN ******, **.

    We ordered an office chair on December 21, 2023. On December 22, 2023, this business accepted our payment, and the bank records show that the amount was debited on December 22, 2023. We are now unable to contact the business by phone or by email (all emails bounce back as undeliverable, and the phone doesn't give an option for leaving a message; it simply stops ringing). There has been no delivery of the chair, and no contact whatsoever from the business.

    Placed order from what I thought was Bath and Body Works Dec. 21 and I have not received the items. Contact was made with my credit card company which I am trying to dispute. I tried to contact Leslie Sole and the phone number was invalid and was disconnected. ************

    I placed an order on December 23, 2023. I was suppose to receive my items January 3, ****. When I tracked the shipping it said it had been delivered in ******* **. I live in ************ **. They had the correct shipping information. I contacted them via email and they stated that the money would be refunded to my credit card within 5-8 business days. It has not and its going on 3 weeks

    Date of purchase 12/24/2023 I ordered several candles that were on sale. I have never received them or a refund. I tried to call them with no luck. The paper I uploaded was written out by me from my bank.

    Was deceived. They advertised as Bath and Body works using their pictures and website address. After selecting products and paying for them I received a notification that I just purchased from Lesliesole.Com!! That website is fake and there is no way to get in touch with anyone. Everything about website is bogus. Nothing works.

    Hello, the problem is that you won't get a response from them because all of their information is bogus. The phone number goes to a recording and none of the links or email address they list work. How can I pursue an investigation? I know you probably can't help me but can you direct me in the right direction?

    I ordered products on line on 12/22/23 for ***** and on 12/26/23 for ***** and again on 1/2/24 for *****. These amounts were taken out of my bank account on these dates but I never received the orders. I tried calling them on 1/9/24 and 1/10/24 but the message said that the calls could not go through because the number is unavailable. I also tried to email them at ********************************** but that message came back as unavailabe. I would like to get a refund of ***** asap. Thank you for your help.
