    Won a Mother's Day Giveaway they hosted on Instagram but never received anything. Another winner reached out to me to see if it was just her this had happened to. They eventually responded to her after she made legal threats but I still got ZIP. I contacted them on all their emails listed on their website--NOTHING. Things like this speak volumes about thr company. I'd never buy anything from them. If they can't honor a giveaway they hosted, I imagine their customer service is c*** Totally shady practices.

    I purchased a combination of AC200max + B230 to use for my business. I found that the energy capacity of both units will not be sufficient to run the whole day. My options were to add more battery capacity or return the units. I explored both options and the company will charge me over $650 shipping cost to return, or it will cost me an extra $3000 to add battery capacity. Adding more capacity would be too expensive. It is over a week now since I emailed ***** about removing the return cost if I pay for shipping. So far they are refusing to remove the shipping cost under option 2, although their return policy doesnt say so. Beware, you will be dealing with a seller in ***** for any returns or warranty, even if products are shipping locally, and they will try to bind you to unexpected costs. For anyone reading this review: to my opinion, the products are expensive toys and not a working tool. You will be buying from *****, and paying to *****, even if the product is shipping locally. Make your own choice.

    I bought my Bluetti Eb70s because it is advertised as being rechargeable through auto 12v socket. However, the plug that comes with it is too big for the socket. I contacted them and they said "just charge another way". But I bought it based on their claim that I could do 12 v charging. Traveling and this isca super big problem.

    One star because there is no negative choices. New product charged and tested running a small desk fan overnight. Charged to 100% and used on a trip to charge a cell phone during the trip. Returned home and discharged before recharging and got an 83% charge rate regardless of time from the wall charger provided. Discharged again as the company suggested and the unit charged to 93%. Left in the garage for storage and when used again there is no display. Plugged in it reads 93%; unplugged it is blank and shows no display. The company sent a list of photos etc. required to send back in the original box. Who keeps an original box on an item that is supposed to be such high quality? This product is terrible and has gotten plenty of reviews from me!

    Well, well, well, the eb3a is pure trash. I had it for not too long and decided to make sure it still went and would power things on. Oh boy! Here we go; it doesnt work. I didnt need it if the power went out. **************** is also a joke. They dont respond to you for days on end, and then they will close the email, wanting a review. LOL! Enjoy the 1-star review for customer service. What a joke. So I ended up getting Amazon to return it since the joke of customer service thought the issue was normal. Oh, and the little phone number you call has to be some overseas personal phone... asks to leave voicemail but isnt a real customer support station. lol this company, if it is a real one. Glad I returned, CYA SUCKETTI!

    They have lousy products and even worse, atrocious customer service (or lack thereof). I have been trying to return a faulty product (received not working) for WEEKS now and the lame customer service rep is on a circular response telling me to send photos of the problem when I've already shown them and they already agreed that the unit should be returned. Won't send a return label until I send more pics of the problem, which I've already sent three times! They obviously don't care and want to make returns as hard as possible. I will NEVER buy another bluetti crappy product, and will write as many negative reviews as I can, because their service is even worse than their products. Buyer beware and I would suggest you run away from this company.

    I bought Bluetti AC200 through Amazon even the return policy is laughable! But it died in less than two years. Contact customer services but no response.

    BLUETTI does not stand behind their products. I bought BLUETTI AC200MAX through https://shopsolarkits.com/ two months ago and now it stopped working. AC200MAX received "041.BMS Temperature Error". On 12/22/2022 and 12/23/2023 tried calling " https://shopsolarkits.com/" during their business hours and voicemail said they were closed. Tried calling BlueTTI and they did not answer. I sent an email to both "https://shopsolarkits.com" and BLUETTI. "https://shopsolarkits.com" has not responded yet. BLUETTI responded by saying it was not their problem because I did not buy it from them. " https://shopsolarkits.com/" just does not respond. If I could leave no star I would.

    Absolutely horrible customer service, as in none! Won't answer their phones, not even when calling technical support, Stay away from this company!
