No reasonable accommodation was made.Discussions with the organization, especially on September 7th and 8th. They let me know verbally on september 8th no charge correction or redo accommodation will be made. I'm the same conversation they Agreed to reassign a professional and then failed to do so.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/03/2022

The bride was not charged duplicate charges. This bride was charged a 50% deposit of $410 for the initial contract that was signed on 2/22/22, an additional 50% deposit of $510 for services added to the initial contract that was signed on 3/18/22. Our collection process is that 50% of the total balance due is charged at the time the contract is signed, thus the two charges noted above. The remaining balance of the contract is due at the time that services are rendered. The third charge in question was for $260 charged on 8/20/22 which was the balance due upon the completion of the brides trial for hair, makeup, tip, travel and add-ons for the services rendered on 8/18/22.

All of our contracts have a non-refundable clause in regards to the 50% deposit. The bride agrees to this by signing the contract and initialing the Non-Refundable deposit clause under section 7 of the contract. They also initial the cancelation policy that states the client agrees that in the event that the client cancels the contract, they agree that their deposit is nonrefundable, you can find this in section 11 of the contract.

On 9/7/22 we were informed by the bride that she had concerns about the services she received on the day of her trial. This is not uncommon, sometimes that bride just doesnt click with the pro they were assigned. In this situation We do our best to accommodate in those instances. We reached out to the bride to reschedule with another pro in an attempt to redo her trial and see if we can find a better fit. On 9/11/22 the bride informed us that she was not interested in another trial and would be canceling her contract and therefore forgoing her deposit.

The brides statement that the services were not professional grade putting the contract into breach is an absolutely false statement. The bride signed the contract and initialed the non-refundable and cancellation clauses then decided not to receive another trial and decided to not continue with the contract therefore forgoing the $660 balance of the deposits that were made.
