    My wife ordered 2 bikes from romatlink in mid June of this year. We received 1 about a week later with no issues. We received the 2nd one about a week later and noticed the box was damaged and ripped. We thought the bike would be ok and only the box was damaged but the bike was damaged. It was bent and the pedal sprocket was bent.We called the number to advise and spoke to a china man who barely spoke English. He was very hard to understand but we managed to have them send the replacement. We were to receive a complimentary basket but it didnt come and the charger was missing for the damaged bike. We have called the number on the website but cannot get a hold of anybody. It is a ****** phone number. We text them numerous times and once they responded that the charger and basket were being sent.They only advised they were out of stock on the basket, would receive on 7/28 and would send. We have called over and over, we have texted, and we have emailed dozens of times with no response. We want the basket and charger and want confirmation they have been sent. We cannot get a hold of these people. Due to the damages bike, we took it to a bike shop and spent $260 to have it in working condition. A credit would be greatly appreciated or reimbursement. But we need the basket and definitely the charger. Otherwise it woul be useless. Please help on this issue as we are exhausted from trying to resolve this with no success. They have taken two payments from us but we have not been able to enjoy the bikes. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you soon.We can provide the emails and text responses
