    I purchased a buy one get one workout class pass online for the Cherry Creek Rumble Boxing facility. I read through the facts and questions section prior to purchasing the class which indicated the use of boxing wraps and gloves for the class. All boxing gyms I have experienced across the country allow you to rent both the gloves and the wraps, or they provide them with the purchase of the class/membership. This was not the case at Rumble, nor was the purchase of this equipment indicated in the facts and questions section. Upon arrival for the class, the desk representative informed me that I would need to purchase this equipment for an additional $25-40 on top of the already $35 paid to take the class. There was no rental or first timer option available other than the purchase of this equipment outright. The representative told me that she could take me out of the class but they would not offer me a refund, so I left, did not take the class and contacted the manager. Upon contact of the manager, she told me she would not offer a refund for misrepresentation of services or true cost of the class. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and in return, Rumble has now charged me a late fee for the cost of the class - they are now charging me a total of $82 for services that were misrepresented and I did not actually use or obtain. While the dispute is being processed, I am filing this complaint so that they will be more implored to ***** me a refund for their lies of service and so that they update their information so that each new class attendee will be notified that to take a single class you must purchase equipment and will total roughly $70 for one class. Throughout this process, Rumble representatives have treated me with nothing but disrespect and have caused me lots of distress and duress.
