    On Saturday, September 7th, I had a confirmed hair appointment at 4 PM with ****** ********. At 2:30 PM, she contacted me, requesting that I come earlier. I agreed to arrive after 3 PM, and she confirmed this arrangement. Upon arriving at 3:25 PM, I received a text canceling my appointment, even though I was still over 30 minutes early for the originally scheduled 4 PM time. I immediately called ******, but she declined the call and falsely asserted that I had agreed to a 3 PM appointment, claiming I was now a no-show. I explained that I was already at the salon, ready for my service, which I had placed a $30 deposit for. Despite this, she refused to provide the service and unlawfully charged my card $100, the total cost of the service I did not receive.This constitutes a clear breach of contract, as I had a confirmed appointment at 4 PM, and no valid reason was provided for canceling my service when I arrived. Furthermore, by charging my card for the full amount of $100, ****** ******** engaged in unauthorized credit card transactions and unjust enrichment, charging me for a service that was neither rendered nor missed due to any fault of my own. Her actions also violate consumer protection laws governing fair business practices, including but not limited to, deceptive trade practices. The cancellation, followed by the unauthorized charge, constitutes an abuse of contractual obligations and is grounds for legal recourse.
