I was cohort 5/31/2022, if you did not know this is a FOR PROFIT institution. You are given the feeling that this is home, although friendly and welcoming it is deceiving and the organization is far from being formal. From the bottom of my heart I feel that I can have learned much more if I had looked into ******* videos or taken a "Masterclass". ******* accelerated for both students and "instructors". For an 8 month program you are paying nearly 20k either financed or out of pocket, I was told they would be looking into any grants/financing but I ended up out of pocket, understanable because of my situation but would've been nice to hear from them if they've found a way to get financial aid. There are no exams or quizzes, only surveys every Thursday so they can claim their credits from the state as a institution, honestly I stopped doing the reviews once I noticed that they tell you what to do and leave you on your own, or can do it all at the comfort of your home via webcam. Not to mention the tools/computers are all used by the other cohorts in your class time so good luck getting anything done. In my experience, the instructors were more like new hires and when they were faced against a student who demanded more, the institution simply catered to the student with "rewards". Although it was a wholesome and friendly experience it was all a mask for a simple "school project" that you'll later have to adapt in order to apply for a career in media. In the end, you can be fully online and click away your assignments in the final night before you're contract ends in order to "graduate". As I said, there are no exams or finals so no real way to test your knowledge of the materials thus no real consequences for failure to understand the subjects. Be blunt and pick their brains out, 9k/4 months is more than what a student spends a year in ******** wage for food/rent/living expenses and good luck if you are facing any adversities or family responsibilities.

In that conversation ****************** shared that he did not qualify for financial aid due to his Dreamer status and was paying for school out of pocket. ****************** shared that the root of his concern was that he could no longer afford the monthly payment of $1200 that he had agreed to when he enrolled in school.
