    We were contacted by Greenwood investments to sell our timeshare. The seller was being represented by Allied Investment Solutions. We received a resale contract in May 0f 2022. We signed the contract. We were told the process would be done in ***** days. We were then told we needed to get a temporary ******* Tax ID and we needed to pay for it, which said expense would be reimbursed by the buyer. We paid for the tax ID and were later told we needed to pay taxes to SAT. We paid the taxes and the were told we needed to pay property tax, an insurance, border adjustment tax. Etc. We received several "Guaranteed Letters" from Allied Investment stating after we paid this fees we would be getting our funds. We received several letters froma Allied Investment Solutions as well as their contact at the SAT office in ******. To this day we still have not closed on this transaction nor received a refund. I am attaching copies of the resale contract, guarantee letters and a few emails between myself and Allied investment Solutions. We are just seeking to get a refund of our funds which we've been told are being held in a trust account in ******
