Hi there ****** first of all I would like to sincerely apologize for the wait time on this car to get it back and running on the go

when you first came to purchase the car you took it to your mechanic said its a good car and we have the report of that

the car broke down few days after due to unforeseen reasons which we are yet to explain regardless of our as is sale we took it back in for repair and spent over $4000 to repair the engine block that had been damaged

even Though that happens we still were happy to help and repair the engine,

parts took longer to Aquire for this car

you came with your attorney and made a scene even though we lost to help you out but you have chosen to pull your car out mid repair we had sent the engine out and you insisted on taking the car even without the parts that were sent out for repair

anyways your engine block should be fixed and ready by the beginning of next week and we will send and ship it out to your address

I wish you had a bit of patience,

anyways best of luck and if you have any more concerns questions we are here to help

Before purchasing the vehicle at the dealership, my sister contacted ******* to negotiate a price (vehicle was posted online); the salesperson denied basic information; how many owners owned the vehicle and all the facts on CarFax for the car to seem more appealing. The salesperson then became belligerent and hostile so rude and unprofessional he didnt want to negotiate, disapproving of the facts we all had on CarFax. My sister then spoke to the manager Ghaith in which he apologized and took off the dealership fee. I asked ****** if they are a dealership he replied yes so I brought them an auto dealership check from Navy Federal.(10/17/23) Everything went smoothly and I told Ghaith before they cash the auto check they have to call Navy Federal and get a verification code to put on the check. A couple days later I received a call from Ghaith (10/20/23) saying that I filled out the check wrong and needed to get another. I went to Navy Federal and was informed that I didnt do anything wrong with the check and they wouldnt give us another check because on Navy Federals end it shows that ****** didnt get the verification code and ****** signed his own signature instead of having a endorsement signature like a dealership should. I explained this to Ghaith but he still demanded and harassed me for a check. ****** stated his bank teller from ***** told him after I returned to Navy Federal a second time that the check was sent to a different address and he required a new check from me, and my teller told me that I cant give him that, that ******* bank has to print him out another legal check because he messed up the check. I was informed when picking up the car at the dealership that they had a spare key but they wouldnt give it to me it until I lost the first one, when I asked for it again after purchase they denied having one. I have proof of the constant harassment and threats to my cellphone.

After Reading through this email I vow to tell this is a really tough customer that we had to deal with for over a month to get payment for the car and if you check our reputation on all platforms we take care of all of our customers highly like we did with this one she mentioned the manager gave her a discount for the inconvenience she had claimed happened over the phone we just simply told her we dont give discounts and she called and complained about our salesman that no one ever complained about
and our manager to be polite he waved $400 dealer fee and also included the taxes in the amount of the car which coast us $697 in total discounts given to her and she claimed that there is another key to the car which there isn't we don't have another key the car came with only one key as mentioned on our ad, When i say this client is very tough client believe me she claims all sort of false statements and accusations to get more out of us.

we asked her to not post false statements about our business which she has on multiple platforms like she has on here

We were asking for our payment over text and she claims that is harassment

We are no longer in contact with her and have not contacted her since the payment got cleared. WE REPLIED ON 12/19/2023

so please if there is anything i could do let me know

      Thank you,
      Al
