    0 STARS----Sold me a truck with check engine light on was told I asked what the check engine light was on for and she said that it was a sensor her being the manager and I asked her what was going to be done with that she said that we would pick up the truck a couple days later she called me I want to say the next day or maybe two days later telling me that I could pick up the vehicle and that the sensor would be in in 3 weeks once I picked up the truck I went straight to have the truck red for the codes I sent her a picture of the codes and about a week later she had me go to a mechanic that had no idea I was on my way when I picked up the truck later that day her employee told me that the truck was fixed and that I would be good. I left a few days later the check engine light came back on my husband was out of town at work driving the truck as well as the *** we spoke with her again about the truck she said that we would need to bring it in they did give us a loaner car to use during that time however they had the car for about 3 weeks I got a phone call saying Tuesday to come pick up the truck that it was fixed 100% fix and passed emissions they did provide a paper with that we picked up the truck today being Thursday for 4:00 which by the way we've only had our truck since it was bought on February 23rd about 5 days all together maybe six days Thursday morning my husband went to start the truck the *** and the check engine light are both on again and we've only had the truck since Tuesday evening on 4/2. I put a $4,000 deposit as well as we went through the process of getting a loan I've already made one truck payment to the bank which I didn't even have the vehicle at the time like I said we've maybe had it a total of six days all together since the purchase on February 23rd.

    0 stars. This place is an unprofessional s*** show. They sold me a Jeep with a major oil leak...I dropped off the car numerous time for repairs just for them to rig the car. I'm not understanding how companies like this are up & running. Staff is very rude, very disrespectful & under mind everything that you ask them or tell them about the car. The scam people out of their money.

    You had a oil leak in the first week of your purchase.  We got you in the shop and had it repaired. Thirty days later you called in to say it was still leaking. We scheduled multiple appointments for you in our service department, which you missed on mutliple occasions. We made every effort to look at the your service issues. You did not make your payments with your bank and New Wave had to repurchase your loan.  When your vehicle was reposessed, you threatened the staff with a gun.  You also keep calling in and using deragatory and racist terms towards the hispanic employees.  After your interaction with the staff at New Wave, we will no longer will be comunicating with you.
