I found an Audi SQ5 on the dealership’s website and scheduled an appointment to see it. An hour before my appointment, I received a call from David stating the car wouldn’t start due to a water pump replacement. Despite this, I went to see the vehicle and was assured there were no major issues.
The dealership kept the car for two weeks for repairs. When I returned, the car looked good, and I was again told there were no significant problems. I proceeded with the purchase, signed the paperwork, and bought a $6,000 warranty. Everything seemed fine—until I drove off the lot. Within minutes, the engine overheated, forcing me to return it for additional repairs, even after the dealership had already worked on it for two weeks.
After this, I had to return multiple times for various issues. Later, I discovered the warranty I purchased wouldn’t cover an oil pump replacement. If the engine fails due to an oil pump issue, the warranty doesn’t cover the damage or the cost of replacing the engine. Despite repeated service visits, my engine failed before reaching 6,000 miles.
I also purchased tire, wheel, and windshield warranties but wasn’t given the contracts at signing. I only realized months later that I never received them and had to call the dealership to request they be emailed to me.
Perhaps the most concerning issue is that this dealership doesn’t inspect vehicles until after a buyer commits. This means major mechanical issues may go unnoticed until after purchase, leaving customers vulnerable to costly repairs and unreliable vehicles.
Overall, my experience with this dealership has been frustrating due to a lack of transparency and ongoing vehicle issues. I caution anyone considering a purchase here to carefully review all paperwork, warranties, and the car’s condition before finalizing a deal.

This company had the worst customer service! especially finance department. Also, damage was done to the car in their lot when buying the car. I was told it would be fix immediately. It ends up taking 9 months it get it into their own repair shop. the repair work was horrible

      *****,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you're upset, and we regret that you're dissatisfied with our service. However, we need to clarify a few points to address your concerns accurately.

When you purchased the warranty, the coverage was designed to provide substantial protection and assistance. You received a total of $7,900 in claims, which significantly exceeded your initial purchase price of $5,000. Given this coverage, it's important to note that the warranty's terms clearly state that no refund is available if the claims exceed the purchase amount, which is why no refund was issued after the cancellation.

Regarding the reinstatement of the warranty, once a warranty is canceled, their policy does not allow for reactivation. This policy is in place to ensure clarity and consistency for all our customers.

We are sorry this has left you and your wife angry and feeling the need to continue to spread falsehoods and reviews with inaccurate information. We wish you luck and happiness moving forward.

Purchased an 03 Land Cruiser and three days after I took it home, the ** stopped working and the Check Engine light came on along with 2 other lights. I called and spoke to **** to let him know and he said I can wait for the holiday weekend or I can take it to ***************** on Arapaho because it was already there, and they have an ongoing sister account with them for business. So, I got the gas cap replaced and *********** to find a problem, they could not find the problem and the anti-freeze was making it blow cold air. I work from home, so I have not driven it much at all, it still has the temp tag on the vehicle. I bring it in the Rocky Mountain Eurosport because I purchased it there and they said "bring it on in, let us look at it for you" they proceeded to tell me what I already know and said that it passed emissions, and they never had that problem even though they occurred 3 days after buying the vehicle, I should not have waited so long. They also stated that they put $5,000 worth of work into it, therefore they have to make something! I asked to speak to a manager because they said I owe them $260 just for finding these problems. That is not OK since you told me to bring it in and you will take care of me, never once letting me know that you will be charging me off the get go. The manager *** said, he would clear the $260 and flag me to never do work again because of "free labor". The only time I got to see my car before the paperwork was done was on the rack in the garage. This has been a used car dealership by the highway in ******** that doesn't check credit scores experience. They will lie to your face and send you out the door, but before you go, they will have you leave 2 reviews for them before those light come on.

They sold me a car that's unrepairable, didn't disclose any information to me, and refused to fix my car because i had taken it to a different shop and let me drive off with broken pieces in my car with no regard, I went online and posted a 1 star review about the company, not even 30 seconds later they told me they were gonna fix the car if I take the review down I said once the car is fixed I will take the review down a few days later the service manager *** called me and told me I now HAVE TO TAKE THE BAD review down in order for them to fix my car, reluctantly i did , my car was suppose to be finished today and now the shop and the service manager are completely ignoring me. Holding my car hostage over a review is completely unethical and I will be taking this to the attorney general and a lawyer complete disregard for human safety and good buisness practice

Since my purchase of a ************************* September of 2022, I've had nothing but problems. I FINALLY got the emissions test done and plates registered today. The 1st time I took the car for emissions in September 2022, the check engine light came on. I took the car back to Rocky Mountain Eurosport. They replaced the Downstream 02 sensor. I took the car home. Before I could get the car in for emissions, my father passed away. Then I had surgery. Now it's winter and the bad weather hit. The battery in the car was over 3 years old and died. I replaced the battery and took it in for emissions, AGAIN. It did not fail but it did not pass as the *** had lost all of the memory due to the bad battery. Again, I took the car to Rocky Mountain Eurosport. I was given a 2nd temporary tag as the 1st one was now expired. The service manager told me that all I had to do was drive it for about 200 miles and the memory would reload. I drove it for 300 miles- no memory reload. I contacted a different mechanic and he told me how to re-set the ***. The memory came back and the check engine light came on AGAIN. I called Rocky Mountain Eurosport and left numerous messages for the service department and never got a response. Now the 2nd temporary tag is expired and I was charged $50 by DMV to get the 3rd temporary tag. I called RME again and was told that too much time had passed that they were not going to fix the car unless I paid for the repairs. I went to a different mechanic and now it's the catalytic converter. The repairs cost $2500. I've also found out that there is a broken motor mount. That will cost another $1000 to fix. Oh, and I was never given a voucher for the emissions test. I will never do business with RME again nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Salesman and manager were very rude and disrespectful!! Told us they would come down in price, so i was willing to buy the car with the new price. When we got there, they didnt tell us how they took the price down until we asked. They hid from us that I would pay partial tax now and pay the rest when getting plates. If we didnt ask, we wouldnt have been told. In the end, I paid the same original price and they never came down. When talking about this in person, both the manager and salesman argued and talked over us. The manager was not professional and very confrontational. When leaving after buying the car, they gave us no more than half a tank of gas.

Purchased a 2016 Ram **** Diesel from this dealership in January. We agreed on a "we owe" sheet that required the dealership to repair some minor items.I brought the truck back and half of the items were not repaired, and the service manager said he didn't see the items. We live 1.5 hours from the dealership and this was inconvenient to say the least. 2 weeks after I drove the truck home the check engine light came on. I had a certified Ram mechanic pull DTC codes and the faults were for a faulty turbo actuator and OD pressure switch sensitivity (which is code for a failed transmission valve body). When I returned the truck to the dealership for repair, they serviced the transmission and cleared the codes. The service Manager told me they would start with the "cheapest solution first". Two weeks later the same fault returned. When the code history was researched, it seems the original dealership knew the problem existed and cleared the codes before I purchased the truck. I called them and told them I was going to bring it to a shop closer to me because I didn't trust they were going to fix it. They told me they don't clear codes and I would have to use my extended warranty to get the repairs done if I couldn't bring it to them, as they could not authorize repairs from the Dodge dealership because of cost. I had the shop file a claim and it was denied because the inspector said he didn't have enough information. I have currently been waiting 2 weeks for repair authorization, during which time I cannot use the truck to tow of take long trips. The warranty service company I was sold has been fairly non-responsive to the repair facility, and I cannot get any movement forward. I would suggest staying away from this dealership and take your business elsewhere.

We drove a total of 8 hours for a jeep, they refused to replace the floor mats although they had holes, they refused to fix a broken back up camera indicating we can use mirrors to drive. They were very rude and disrespectful, ****************** could not answer any questions about the Jeep, his response was its just old. He also said did you just feel like wasting gas and time or are you going to sign something. He had inappropriate racial jokes as well!! Management *****************************, was fully aware and was in his favor. He said he recently sold a vehicle and the engine blew the same week. They admitted they have over 100 cars that do not go through inspection but they let people still take them home! They do not care about anyones safety. After driving 8 hours to purchase this jeep in which they were expecting us, we were told we had to leave they are closing! We did a test drive with a employees baby in a car seat.

I bought a 2013 Jaguar XK from RME at the beginning of July, 2022.I live in ** and found this car in ********.BUYER BEWARE!I would advise anyone in this situation to pay for an independent inspection before committing to the vehicle in any way. Carfax, pictures, and numerous conversations and text exchanges with the salesman assuring you that an inspection was performed dont amount to anything.I paid for the car to be shipped from ******** to ********** (with an undisclosed $200 fee for the salesman) and found the following:A crack about two inches long in the bumper ($1,300 estimate) A fault alert in the tire pressure monitoring system needed two new sensors ($200 installed) Missing access panel to lock/unlock the top manually, which is quite visible right over the drivers face ($70 for the part) Gash in the leather wall of the seat behind the driver (patched for now, cost to reupholster unknown).Seat belt stem covers for the rear seat, driver's side are missing (cost unknown yet). GPS navigation doesnt receive a signal (antenna fail suspected, cost of the part is $130 and will try to self-install) The car doesnt have a placard showing manufacture date, tire pressure requirements, paint codes. No one can understand what may have led to this and what it portends. Fortunately, I insisted on reading the service insurance contract the dealer was pushing. The insurance has a waiting period of 1 month/1,000 miles and doesnt apply to any preexisting conditions. BEWARE!!
