In October 2023, after some preliminary emails with the owner of *********** Classic Car Clocks, ********************************************************************** (********************************************************************), I bought the **************************** for US$89.95 for the clock from my 1970 Mustang Mach1. I posted the clock from *****, ***************** and it was delivered around mid November. On 11/Dec/2023 I sent an email asking about the status; I heard nothing and figured it was the Christmas/New Year period. On 16/Jan/2024 I emailed another inquiry and received a reply on 18/*** saying it was fixed and he just needed another day to test it. After that, I heard nothing. My emails have been unanswered and phone calls are unanswered, going to voicemail, which is full and no message can be left. He sells the clock for the 1969-70 Mustang Mach1 for US$349.95, so I guess hes taken my money for the repair and sold my clock.I started Googling the owner of the business and found a warning post about the guy on a forum: **************************************************; it seems he used to operate as Smiths Classic Car Clocks. Both business names have the same contact phone number and the name of the owner is the same.

    Business Response

Its true ***************** sent us his clock to work on and that we mishandled it. We have many requests to recondition his same clock and also sell the clock on our site. I regret any angst we created due to our mistake. Know that in June when we discovered our mistake, we immediately refunded his initial recondition fee of ***** plus his clock has been returned fully reconditioned. He received same on August 13 according to postal tracking.
