    I have been a member of the gleam car wash since they very first opened. Over the last few years the service has gotten worse and worse. A few years ago they placed my Lexus car key on my windshield wiper and since its an automatic start the car starts so I didnt notice. Once I drive off the jet flew off the car and it ended up costing me over $600 to replace. They of course did nothing to rectify it. Well last night it happened again but this time the employee left the key in her pocket and of course the car started but then stopped once I got to far. When I called to let them know they said they didnt have the key and they were cancelling my service and hung up on me. I then emailed the owner and her response was Im crazy and they cancelled my membership. They key is going to cost me over $800 to replace

    To Whom it May ******************** customer has many times been rude and difficult and we've noted the events in her account.  This particular complaint is absurd.  We have multiple camera angles demonstrating that we returned her keys to her vehicle.  Yet, she used the incident to berate and scream obscenities at our young staff, repeatedly call and berate managers, and left a misleading 1-star review.  It's simply astonishing.  We terminated her account - she is no longer welcome at the car wash - which actually provided a pro-rated return.
