      12/14/22 went to Proclean in ******. Started washing truck and realized there was no soap in the system, was not able to finish the job. Tried a 2nd bay, had same problem. Called Proclean and reported problem. A check (*****) was sent for $16. Few days later check (*****) was sent for $16. Called Proclean spoke with the ****************** Told her about the 2 checks, and asked if it was OK to cash them. Was told someone form "Office" would call back. No one returned call for over 2 weeks. Called again 1/9/23 repeated the problems was told the "Office" would get back. No one from "Office" returned call. Check ***** was cashed while we waited. 1/20/23, Called Proclean repeated problems to ****************** She thought both checks were technically ours. The "Office" will call back. To date (2/12/23) no one has ever returned our calls! 2/7/23, cash check *****. Received notice from my bank 2 days after cashing the check *****. The check was returned from Proclean's Bank. Account the check was written on has been closed. My bank deducted the $16 from my account. I was also charge $19 Bank Fee from my bank for "bounced check"! My problems with this fiasco: 1) Had to wash truck at different car wash. 2) Tried several times in good/honest intentions to get answer about the 2 checks . 3) No one took the time from the "Office" to return our calls. 4) It seemed technically from the ***************** both checks were ours. 5) Cashing the check that seems to be technically ours, cost us $16+$19 = $35 6) This is so wrong in so many ways. Hard to believe Proclean can continue with this practice of closing an account they had written checks from. Checks did not have a "cash by date" printed on them, so the outstanding checks from this account should still be valid.The most disappointing take away from all of this is, we have been loyal customers supporting this Proclean in ****** ever since it opened!!! I would like to have our $35 refunded from a valid account.
