    I used *****'s **** a few times, and it was communicated to me by ***** that I was not utilizing their services appropriately. I agree with this. When not providing care to the senior, I often directed the employee to whatever job was closest, and not necessarily pertaining to the senior. Additionally, during one visit, the senior left the home (so the Wendy's **** employee couldn't provide services) due to cognitive disability, which, understandably, added to the less than desirable division of care to the senior/house work. That said, in all of my conversations with *****, I felt condescended to by her, and I didn't always feel listened to during the intake appointment. There were numerous services I requested for the senior during the intake appointment that never occurred during care visits. I enjoyed and appreciated the *****'s **** employee that we worked with, and I thought these issues would get sorted out in time, but it would appear that that wasn't an option, as I was advised to contact *****'s **** again when the senior's care needs changed. Being left without care without notice has presented complications, and I wish I had been communicated with in such a way as to have the chance to remedy the situation before ***** discontinued care. Lastly, communication in general was lacking. I had no way of knowing if the employee saw my message on the *****'s **** messaging app (if they did, they never replied), and following the start of care, *****'s mailbox was always full, so I couldn't leave a voice-mail.
