      On 9/5/24 MSS Cleaning picked up four area rugs at our home and charged us $515 up front, saying they would be cleaned and returned in two weeks. The two-week date passed without any contact from the company. I left two messages with an answering service (one on 9/19 and 9/20 that were not returned); I sent an email message on 9/21 to the company which was not acknowledged; I got through to the original person I had dealt with (**** ******) on 9/24 and he said they would deliver the cleaned area rugs on 9/27. On 9/27, they emailed me to say they would deliver them on 9/30. They were not delivered on 9/30 and I got no follow-up to that no-show. I left a voice message on 9/30 and a message with a real person on 10/1 asking for an immediate return call. I did not receive that call or any further email. I want our cleaned rugs delivered. And I want my calls and emails returned.

      I filed a complaint against MSS Cleaning earlier this week and wanted to let you know that I've had resolution. My rugs were delivered today and I will be receiving a partial refund for the inconvenience caused me. Please adjust your records to indicate that the complaint has been resolve. Thank you.
