    I purchased CBD oil and gel capsules from this company. The company advertised that they accepted returns for exchanges or refunds. I immediately contacted the company regarding an exhale of the oil for capsules. I received an email from *******************, allegedly the Director of Operations, stating they did not accept returns if items that were opened. She stated that she would send me a bottle of the capsules immediately and provide tracking of the item that day. After a week, and not receiving the bottle of gel capsules I sent several emails to ****. After not receiving a response from her, I called her number and the listed number of the **** *************** voicemail is full and the CEOs voicemail has a recording which states for a person to leave a message and someone might return your call. I purchased the bottle of oil and 4 sample packages of the gel capsules costing approximately $145. I received a text from ******************* this morning stating that my gel capsules were delivered. I responded. Yes, they were delivered but they were the samples I paid for and not the full bottle I requested in exchange for the oil which she allegedly was sending me. Their products are extremely expensive. Prior to ordering I did my research regarding their websites description of their customer friendly and return policy. They are very unscrupulous and this is false advertisement. Im requesting the bottle of gel capsules or a refund. I suffer from chronic anxiety due resulting from my husband having Alzheimers and witnessing him going into cardiac and respiratory arrest in our home, leaving him bedridden needing 24/7 care fir his every need. As 24/7 caregiver, I felt these capsules were a natural remedy for anxiety as Sky **** CBD advertises. The cost of care for my husband exceeds $4000 per month. I dont have money to simply give a company. I purchased a product in good faith. The oil has a very strong after taste. The capsules are very well tolerated.
