    brought in a very expenive sweater that was a gift to me. the sweater I noticed had a small hole in the upper left corner of sweater, the alteration was shown sweater,when I picked up sweater after it was fixed I had the sweater cleaned at the ALTERATIONS STORE THEY HAVE cleaner service also , when I PICKED UP THE SWEATER THE UNDER THE *** THE ***** HAD FADED AND THE ***S WERE UNACCABLE TO WARE DUE TO THE STAINS UNDER BOTH ***S. WHEN I BROUGHT THE SWEATER BACK TO THE ALTERNATION THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK STATING THE **** WAS NOT RETURNED IN 7 DAYS. I HAVE BROUGHT SERVERAL ****S TO THIS ALTERNATION STORE AND NEVER SAW THE **** .I BROUGHT BACK THE SWEATER IN A PLASTIC BAG WHICH WAS HOW IT WAS GIVEN TO ME UNFORNTUNETLY I DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER RECEPT SINCE THIS *** ONLY TAKES CASH OR CHECK I ALWAY GIVE CASH. THEY WERE TOO LAZING TO LOOK UP THE AMOUNT WAS ABOUT $15 TO FIX THE **** &ABOUT$5 FOR CLEANING THE SWEATER I WILL TRY TO SEND A PICTURE OF DAMAGED SWEATER

    With each alterations and dry cleaning order the customer is provided a stub ticket with an order number acting as a receipt regardless of whether they paid cash or check. The form of payment does not affect the receipt that is provided for each item at time of item drop off. This customer brought back the sweater in a generic plastic bag with a receipt attached from a completely different dry cleaners that is not affiliated with Lowry Alterations. Lowry Alterations is not responsible for providing satisfaction of service nor return of payment for other businesses. If receipt cannot be provided that this sweater was dry cleaned at Lowry Alterations, Lowry Alterations is not responsible for the complaint of stain removal given we never serviced the stain removal in the first place.

    Additionally, as visible in multiple areas in the storefront, we have distinct policies that state that the customer has 7 days to return the item should they have any problems with the service provided. We uphold our policy and take care of any problems within the 7 day timeframe which is more than enough time to notice any deficiencies in service, given that the item was taken a look at and approved by the customer upon pick up. The sweater was brought back in a state that appears to have been worn after dry cleaning, especially given that the customer themselves expressed that this sweater was picked up 2-3 weeks prior to being brought back in, exceeding the 7 day policy time frame.

    I am rejecting this response becauseSWEATER WAS BROUGHT INTO  LOWRY ALTERATIONS THE WAS A **** IN THE SWEATER , THE **** WAS FIX LOWRY ALTERATIONS OFFERS A CLEANING SERVICE ALSO  I DECIDED TO  HAVE THE SWEATER CLEANED THERE (THER WOULD BE NO REASON FOR ME TO TAKE THE SWEATER ELSWHERE . THE SWEATER IS RUINED I CANNOT WEAR THE SWEATER THE UNDER **** ARE FADED . I SPENT $15 FOR REPAIR OF SWEATER AND PROBABLAY $15 TO CLEAN IT! I ALWAYS TAKE THE **** OUT OF THE PLASTIC BAG WHEN I GET HOME. UNFORTUNETLY I DID NOT SEE THE STAINS UNDER THE **** UNTIL I WAS READY TO WEAR IT. I PUT IN A PLASTIC BAG NOT THE ONE THE GAVE ME IT THE SAME AT ALL CLEANERS. AND RETURNED THE **** TOTHEM! THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE NOT FROM *******  THEY DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARDS I HAVE ALWAYS PAID CASH I DID NOT SAVE THE RECEPTS! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A SIGN STATING 7DAYS RETURN!!I WILL PROCED TO OTHER OUTLETS ABOUT THIS LOWRY ALTERATIONS. SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE ABOUT BaD BUSINSS PRACTICES! YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION IS APPRECIATED! *********************** I HAVE A PICTURE ON MY PHONE WHICH WAS SENT WITH THE ORGINIALCOMPLANT
