    This all just seems a bit silly to me but I just want to be able to order an item that was advertised available until a certain day and time. They took it off the site early but my understanding is that open preorder items do not sell out. I originally was going to purchase the item on 3/19 but saw that it was available until 3/24 at midnight. So I waited till Friday 3/20 to check because this brand often has new items in the shop on fridays 1pm my time. Well to my surprise the item I wanted most was no longer on the site, last time this happened I emailed them and was able to get the item I wanted however for some reason this time they are putting the blame on me as if it is my fault I didnt order in time. Which is very frustrating all I want is to be able to get the item they promised I would be able to buy. Its a direct to garment print hoodie not a custom hockey jersey(the brands main selling item) it shouldnt be too hard to add one item to an order list. I feel like Im just being an entitled customer but the brands main selling advertised a certain date and time so they should hold up to that. It is not my fault they didnt respond to me until 3/25 I sent my email to them on 3/21 days before the sale ended.

    On November 27th, 2023 I purchased a hoodie, flag, and plushie (stuffed animal) from a DJ named *****. The company handling the order is Elev808 Designs. Due to the demand for each item, they went from a normal sale to a pre-order sale. I received the flag and hoodie in split orders, but have not received the plushie as of today (2/9/2024). I emailed them last week asking where the rest of the order was. They responded two days later that it was still with the manufacturer. Two days ago, I sent them a follow-up to request my money back and to cancel the remainder of my order. they still have not responded to my most recent email. Because of the way everything has been handled, I just want my money back for the remaining item I don't have.I also had my dad go to their listed address in ******. Upon arrival, he was told by the receptionist that Elev808 Designs had moved out months prior and are falsely using the location for their business. They have no contact number whatsoever and they take at least 48 hours to respond to anything you send them via email.

    Hello, Elev808 Designs customer service here. This complaint is not valid and we can prove so with the provided screenshots.

    The customer was communicated with multiple times about the state of their order via one on one emails and mass emails sent out to all purchasers (would not allow us to attach more photos of the mass email). These items were for pre order and the item description at time of sale stated so. The plushie ended up having delays with the overseas manufacturers, and we communicated that! Then, shortly after the delay, they had Lunar New Year so they were not working and this caused more of a delay. We sent the item out to customers as soon as they arrived to us from our Manufacturer. ******'s order was fulfilled on February 21st as you can see from the screenshot. He got his product, plus that product only cost $35 not $155 as he is claiming. 

    Additionally, we have a warehouse. It is not a store front for people to come to. The return address on the label is our correct address! We recently just moved from ********************************************************************************. We are now at ********************************************* which is what is on the label. So not sure where this person's dad went but we do not have a receptionist and the correct address is on the label, but regardless it is absurd for someone to come to our warehouse unannounced.

    Overall, this complaint is not valid and we have proven why! Yes there were delays, but the customer received their order with no issues in the end. Plus they are lying about details of their complaint.

    The company claims to have "just moved from ********************************************************************************, to  *****************************************************************," yet their emails have a different address listed. As well as their address for ****** being what matches their emails.

    I am rejecting this response because: the company falsely states they sent out a multitude of mass emails, they sent two. One of those was shortly after the orders were made (December 2023) and one when the plushies were finally sent in February. Their address in their emails and ****** business is STILL showing as *******************************************************************************, despite them saying otherwise. A reasonable articulation when looking at building that is that maybe it is an office or a store front. Now that I have the plushie, I don't care for a refund, but it is the principle of running a business in good faith to your consumers that is still lacking. After sending one email, there were no further updates provided on the status of my order until I reached out first. Elev808 didn't reach out first to let me know. They also claimed in their correspondence that ***** made Instagram posts related to the delays, it's alarmingly disturbing that a company would expect consumers to depend on daily social media updates for information regarding their merchandise without consideration of their other daily obligations and commitments.
