      Placing my order, and after the order is placed do I see that Shinesty has signed me up for monthly deductions.I looked all over their site for a phone number which they have one that begins 702 and then it doesn't even work.Customer service is a very big deal with online ordering and when companies do not post their phone numbers easily or properly, there is usually an issue. I am not wanting to have to close out my card because this Company doesn't provide the customer service/contact info for you to call and talk with them.Very disatisfied and I haven't even gotten the product for my man yet.*. *******************************

      I recently placed an order for a christmas present. I placed my order on November 26th. It is December 11th and I have yet to receive my order. My order was supposed to be delivered December 6th. The tracking information never worked. I reached out to customer service on Dec 9th. They claimed to have sent out replacements. I got an email Dec 10th that my order had shipped. Now today Dec 11th I received an email stating part of my order is out of stock. So which is it? Did it ship or not? Im pretty sure I got scammed at this point and likely am going to have to dispute this charge with my bank in the coming weeks. Do yourself a favor and dont order from this company and get scammed like I did.

      The company stands by its product. The customer service is out of this world. If you have a problem with your order, the company will go out of its way to make it right. They are just an email away. It might take a day or week for them to get back to you, but they will. Thanks shinesty! -Member subscriber for 2 years!

      I have bought several pairs and the last 6 pairs are not of quality and stretched out and horrible material. **************** will Not return calls. This company will not stand behind their product.

      I recently purchased two Mystery pairs. They were too large. Only after I received the items did I realize I didn't have any recourse to merely exhange the items for one size down. They have not been tried on. For their normal subscription items can be returned or exchanged, but mystery items cannot? As long as they're not worn. It shouldn't make a difference. Oh well. Out of $40.00. I will NEVER deal with this company again and I would warn anyone else to do the same.

      These underwear cost a lot of money and they don't even last a year before they start getting holes in them. I bought my fiance over 15 pair in a year because of holes kept forming in them. I even bought a pair for myself and they only lasted for 3 months before a hole started.

      Oh no!

      We took a look on our side and couldn't find any emails reporting damage to your undies.

      Since our threads are made of micromodal, they require a little additional care when washing and drying, as this can compromise the integrity of the material. Things like using detergent with chemicals or drying them on high heat can reduce the lifespan of your undies. It's also common to see signs of wear after washing, wearing and loving your under-**** over time.
