    The bill had service charge already applied, so I did not intend to add additional tip. The interface was confusing and I guess it added another 20% tip that I did NOT intend to add. I would like a refund for the amount of the additional tip, which is $28.60

    Hello,

    We are sorry if there was any miscommunication that there was a service charge already on the bill. This charge is highlighted in red on the menu with ** noting it (image attached of that), is on the sign at the front door before coming in and is also a line item on the check before signing. When signing the verbiage for a tip does actually say "additional tip".

    Regardless, we can refund the tip you provided back to the card used to pay. This could have been done immediately if you would have called the bar or sent us an email.

    Hello,

    This guest accidentally added an additional tip to a check. There is a posting on the sign on our front door as well as highlighted on the menu itself in red (attached image). When signing the check the tip line actually says "additional tip". 

    I have refunded the guests for the amount requested and would like consideration to the removal of this complaint, as it was an honest mistake by the guest not reading and has since been rectified.
