    On 9/25/2022 I paid $369 for a year-long "Earth Hero" subscription to Compost Colorado which promises weekly compost pick *** at our home address for a full year from the subscription start date. On 10/4 a bin was delivered to my home and services began officially on 10/11. It was communicated to me on 10/13 that I had a Tuesday pick up date. The business committed to providing weekly pick *** of compost through their distributed bins on Tuesday, and to have the bin out on the curb by 7:30AM on the day of service. Beginning the month of December, Compost Colorado began missing pick *** to our address. In looking at the service history, it showed that Compost Colorado was attempting pick *** at 8PM on Monday evenings. I submitted a missed pick up report on 12/6 after their failed to pick up our compost bin on our assigned date of service. I did not hear back from Compost Colorado. On the evening of 12/11, I set out our bin at 6PM. Again their portal showed an attempted pick up and marked our bin as "missing" on Monday evening at 8PM. It was clear then that it was being marked missing before being attempted for pick up. I sent a message to Compost Colorado on 12/11 and attempted calling their customer service line on 12/****** answer and no response to my messages despite a 48 hour promise to respond to member messages. I have since requested to deactivate my service and for a refund of the balance of my subscription, approximately $277. I have not heard back from Compost Colorado on any of these requests or complaints. Our invoice number is FF936D9C-0001.

    Compost Colorado ("CoCo") requires payment for one year's service upfront. On 3/8/2022 I paid $299.99 for weekly service. On July 21, 2022 I emailed to cancel my service because I moved to another city. On July 26 CoCo responded that they would issue a prorated refund within a day or two. On August 3 I emailed again asking to cancel my service and issue a refund. On August 10 I left a message to cancel my service and issue a refund. On August 17 I emailed again asking to cancel my service and issue a refund. CoCo responded that they had no staff available to issue a refund. The service has not been cancelled because the driver continues to go to my old address and I have not seen a refund. I used 20 weeks of the service. I request a refund in the amount of $5.77 x 32 = $184.64.
