    We had ************** (owner of Muscovy) set up a custom system for our business back in 2019. Since then, we have tried to contact him and his company numerous times over the years regarding issues that affect our production and business. ************** has been unresponsive via phone and email. I was only able to speak with him personally one time a few months ago, during which he said he was out of office and would call me back. We never received a return phone call to address the ongoing issues. Since the system he created was completely custom, we have been unable to find an alternative company that is able to work on and troubleshoot the system on our behalf. **** set up a system that only he can service, and has become unresponsive, leaving us handicapped as a business. He is unprofessional and has robbed us of our company's valuable time.

    Muscovy Technology set up a custom tracking system for ***************** in 2019.  I received a call in 2024 reporting an issue.  I relayed to ****** that I was unavailable due to a family emergency and I would reach back out when I could.  During our next conversation ****** reported that the issue was resolved.  I am currently unware details related to her issue.  It appears Muscovy was not needed for the resolution.  We have no record of contact from ****** prior to June 2024.

    We strive to exceed our customer needs and had done so with ***************** back in 2019.   I understand ****** did not have the experience she desired with this issue.  It matters to me and I wish her well in her role as the new Plant Manager.
