      ****************************** service agreed to fix my TV which had a power module issue. I paid in advance for the module and ***** came and took the module out of my TV.. ***** told me the repair would take at most 4 days. This was August 13th 2024. It is now December 10th and ***** will not return my calls or texts. I have left many!!! I now have a TV that is worthless and cannot be fixed by anyone else now that he has taken parts from it and will not respond to any messages that I leave him.

      Hi ****, I'm sorry for all and any inconveniences during this repair. I have attached an image from your card dispute for the repair, according to my accounts you have been refunded. If this is not the case please reach out to me. I have sent you and email about a month ago, it may have ended up in your spam so please be sure to check for it there. I see your preferred way to handle to problem is to finish the repair, I can bring you the board we used to attempt to give power to your tv. As I explained in the past your board does with the proper components is not made and this the reason to the inability to repair. If you'd like to go ahead with the board I can bring it and. give it a shot, however you will have to fill out a release of liability as it is against Mr.******* **** Services advise. Thanks you, and have a merry Christmas if I do not hear from you before then.
