    Working with them is like pulling teeth. It is extremely hard to get direct answer to simple questions and they have no respect for their clients time. It has a been a nightmare experience that I wouldnt wish on my worst enemy. It is easier to find a virgin in a brothel than to get a straight answer from this company.

    Have had a contract with Vertafore for QQCatalyst for several years. Just one of those things where we didn't really want to mess with it, but would probably only login once every month or so. Finally decided to see what ****** had to offer (we use them as our comparative rater), decided to make the switch. Emailed my QQ **** ****************************** back in March to ask my contract status and how to cancel. He said our contract cannot be cancelled early, that it renews in September. Then gave instructions on how to cancel. Nowhere in these instructions did it mention anything about cancelling the subscription 60 days before renewal. That, apparently, is a requirement. When I asked why I was not notified of this, he stated "it is in the renewal contract you signed". If you look at the renewal contract, it is not stated in that contract. However, they put a link that takes you to their standard contract. I tried to cancel 54 days before the renewal date. I asked for some leniency, due to not knowing about the 60 day requirement, and ***** not mentioning it. They said no. I called in, to try and plead my case, was put on the phone with a guy named ****. He said he would see what he can do. Never heard back from him. Called in, got a guy named ***********************, apparently my account billing manager. He said he would see what he could do. Gave me a case #. Didn't hear back. Called. "Oh, follow up with me tomorrow, I will see what I can do, but I should reach out hopefully with good news." Never heard back. Emailed. Received this response "I received word back this morning that the credit request was rejected. I apologize that I could not get it approved for you." What credit? We are an independent insurance agency, been in business since 2008. We have tried some garbage "services" in an attempt to grow and/or be more efficient. Vertafore has by far been the worst. Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Save your money.

    I wish I could say at least one positive thing about Vertafore and their QQCatalyst software, but we cant. The program itself is so outdated, not user friendly, and has constant issues. We tried MANY times to schedule a support team Zoom to work with the issues and we quite literally never got a response, after 6 months of trying to schedule. When calling their support number I was met with mostly unhelpful staff that kept telling me they hoped to fix those issues soon, but it never happened. Their supposed great and helpful library of training videos and resources is practically a scam because of how out of date they are. I have had representatives be surprised that the videos I referenced are even still up on the website. We have had the best experience with another system. I highly recommend either making a change or not going with Vertafore to start with.

    The WORST company ever! Every month for the last 12 months I have had a different total due. I have reached out to the company several times to no avail! They are TERRIBLE and I would never recommend them to any one. PLEASE do not do business with this company. You will be terribly sorry!
