    We just completed phase one of our home addition. ********* and his team expertly removed a two car garage, demolished a breezeway and patio to prepare for a new 1200 sq ft add on. Following the demo, the area was excavated, footers poured, and flat work completed Gorgeous!, All inspections with the city passed with no issues. They left the job site spotless each day, and went above and beyond. ********* communicated professionally with our architect and structural engineers to overcome a few obstacles and assisted our plumber with his rough in needs. There was zero lag in timing and the job was completed in the timeframe given in proposal. We have decided to use J&A To pour our patios, sidewalks and new driveway once the final addition is built! Would highly recommend this company!

    Im not being paid or required to post this but I have to brag about our concrete contractor ********* with J&A premium construction. Its been my experience that its hard to find a good contractor and I have had some horrible experiences over the last 17 years of homeownership. I have never had a contractor that has been so professional and communicating through the whole process. His quote for our job was in the middle of the estimates we got but the details he went over and the timeliness of his communication sold him to us. He also did a beautiful job! If you need concrete or landscaping work I highly recommend this small business. Im posting some before and after photos of the big job he did in our yard.
