Yes I was a visitor to the facility at the time, my partner had made arrangements to use the vehicle that afternoon I was there for the morning and had to leave for work.

How would you like me to provide proof of my visitation.

    Resolutions Specialist,

I am not sure what email address you were using regarding the statement in your notice that notice was emailed twice. I have not received any emails. I received the mailed paper notice on June 30, 2023, sent USPS.
************************* is not a resident of Park Mayfair ***************************** by her own admission. The PMCA ***************** has received numerous complaints from residents regarding visitors misusing the 4-hour visitor parking, so monitoring increased.

On May 17, 2023, after reviewing the security cameras, ************************* was seen parking in the visitor parking at approximately 6:55 a.m. and was seen walking across the street toward Rose ******** In her statement, she confirms that action: she parked in PMCA visitor parking and walked across the street to Rose ******* to work. **************** is not a PMCA resident and was not visiting a resident.

The vehicle was posted with a notice stating the vehicle would be removed for Unauthorized parking in a RESERVED space/areafor Park Mayfair Resident Parking Only. The timeline on the notice was 11:00 am on May 17, 2023, four hours after **************** parked her vehicle in PMCA visitor parking. ****** confirmed the vehicle was towed at 12:01 on May 17, 2023, see attached.

Park Mayfair visitor parking is for guests of Park Mayfair residents. Wyatts Towing signs are posted at the parking entrances around the community. As you can imagine, the parking signs go missing from time to time and because of that, signs are changed as needed.

I am rejecting this response because: though I do work at the hospital I was infact visiting a resident. We share a car and he was to use the car that morning and leave it at the hospital. If the signs go missing they should be replaced in a timely manner. In addition to this, the original signs did not have it posted that there was a time limit. A warning notice would be nice instead I paid hundreds of dollars to retrieve my car, Uber to the location and pay for the damages to my vehicle.

    Sincerely,

    *************************
