    Between Aug 5-11 they delivered roofing to my neighbors and damaged my front lights, sounds like their sub contractor maybe. I came out and they said they will replace it.On 8/16 this company started installing roofing, completely trashing and destroying part of my garden, all in tears I went and asked them to stop. Their project manager than stopped by and was very apologetic and said they will clean up, will give me gift card for damages & replace the light they drove over. At this point I texted him what lights they were and he said he is going to go to ********** and get it right now or he will ship them to me. They didnt clean up of course, to this day we have trash from them on our private backyard, we tried multiple times but still finding nails and other materials the dumped on us! I followed up at this point 3 times already and got ignored twice and when I got response that project manager that said he will take care of me and will fix everything, started to give me an attitude and said he is doing ME a favor. They damaged my property and my private backyard, they need to replace things accordingly, I contacted them 3 times in last month asking them to fix it but it seems my messages getting ignored and laughed at.

    Thank you for informing us about the matter. We take all customer matters seriously, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 
    Upon careful consideration of your complaint, it appears that a series of unfortunate events took place during the roofing project involving your neighbor.
    Front Lights: We sincerely apologize for the delay in replacing the front lights. Unfortunately, the lights were not delivered as quickly as we planned. However, we have since left the replacement lights at your front door. If there is any issue with the lights or you have any other concerns, please let us to know, and we will take care of it promptly.
    Cleanup: Because of the close proximity of the houses in this neighborhood, it limited access to the supply truck as well as the roofing crew. Ultimately, we did the best we could to clean up. However, we understand some debris including some nails and debris had been left behind and we apologize for that. Our project managers initial offer to compensate you with a gift card was a sincere attempt to make amends. We would like to schedule a time to meet with you personally to deliver the gift card and further discuss any outstanding concerns you may have. You can reach out to us at ************ to set up a time that works best for you. 
    Communication: Ultimately, we acknowledge communications could have been improved. If you felt at all disrespected or ignored while trying to resolve an issue, we apologize. Moving forward, we will actively work on our level of responsiveness so that you are properly treated with respect and professionalism.
