    We paid these people $1000 prior to start date of March 7, 2025 and said tell us how long you need to spray the tub, bath enclosure and tile. They said 3 days. It's been another $500 and 4 weeks and they did not show up to the appointment today. After the appointment time they sent a text refusing to finish the work. They have taken our money and not completed the project. They are over 10 scratch marks, at least 3 chips out of the enclosure, 5 marks left from a sander and overspray all over our new floor from them not covering it. They had to completed redo it because the work was done so poorly the first time. They did not do any of the things they agreed to do in the contract. They are now saying they will not comeback because I required them to tell me when they were going to finish it. Both ****** and ****, the owners, promised in messages they would do the work and finish it since we have been waiting for weeks. They promised all kinds of things and did none of them. We paid a lot of money and all the errors were from their employees. We told them we would vacate the bathroom for a week if they needed it, they said no, a couple of days is fine. They work is not done, they refuse to finish and have kept money for a contract they are refusing to fulfill. I have dozens of photos from they days of work showing it was never done correctly.

    Purchased tub resurfacing because while trying to remove old caulking it was pulling up precious resurface from 8 years ago. I hired FLR for removal of old resurface and to resurface again and confirmed it included caulking. 1st day they sanded and resurfaced but it had drips and fish eyes of no coverage. Second day they resanded and resurface the front. They removed shower hardware that I paid a plumber to put on days ago without letting me know first. Then they caulked. They told me they were cleaning up but never had me come and look at it. Hopped in vehicle and left without a word. When I saw the work I was so disappointed!! Bumps all over, areas of too much or too little. I contacted them and they told me they would be back that day and never showed. That evening trying to contact they told me it was family time and they would be there tomorrow 1 hour before pictures were to be taken to put it on the market. They showed the next day and were there for 1 hour to redo bad caulking. The result is more subpar caulking. Now, I am not sure what to do. Do I try and remove the caulking and potentially ruin the resurface? I am in the same position I started with but I paid $650 to get there. The owner never put on the hardware removed and they broke my screen (also anther thing they did without disclosure before) they needed to vent out the window. He told me he would replace but upon my return it was bent back into shape and turned upside down so tab is at the top now. Highly unlikely to pass house inspection. They were late both days and the first day after being late, left 10 minutes later for sandpaper and gloves. When they didnt return I called receptionist and she said he would be right back they had to get money to him for supplies. The owner speed talked the after care. He pressured me to pay on the first day before work was done and tried to come back at 11 pm to finish work. Three times he tried to get me leave a key.

    We have completed job as pre request. This women complains no matter what. She was rude from the beginning before we even started. She had care instructions prior to refinish that's why we didn't have to go slow when saying them. We went to job 3 times. Caulking finish and we don't return for hardware, which say in the after care instructions. She had nerve to contact us after hr. Even min this customer was breathing down our necks. She the full definition of a *****. Please refer to pictures above. Service is complete no refund warranted.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The caulking is so bad that it needs to be redone, the screen is still broken and I am not sure how to remove caulking job without ruining resurface.  I treated this company with the upmost respect.  I offered drinks and was kind to the young man that prepared the tub for resurfacing.  If this company doesnt know how to caulk they should not offer it.  I hate to admit it but paid them before the work was done and that is my mistake but this was not a good experience and I hope others avoid it in the future.  I would love if they would remove caulking so I could do myself and repair broken screen but dont think that will happen.
