      I was informed by the original creditor that my account was transferred to Harvest Strategy Group. I have made several attempts to contact this company by phone using the phone number provided by the original creditor, only to receive an automated message stating that my account is no longer with them. I attempted to get in touch with a representative to confirm this and find out who it was transferred to, however I was unable to reach anyone beyond their automated phone system. I also reached out through multiple emails and have not yet received a response.

      Consumers account was closed back to our client,Flagship Credit, on 7/13/2022, so further communication regarding this account needs to be between consumer and Flagship. Harvest has taken additional steps to contact Flagship Credit to inform them of this consumer's desire to communicate with them.

      I was told my account has been sent to harvest strategy group. Ive been trying to setup a payment plan with them but cant get in contact with anyone. I sent them emails, and called but no one is returning my call. If it is in collections no one is informing me or contacting me from this company

      Thank you for your inquiry. We take issues of this nature seriously and we appreciate the opportunity to set forth the following as our response.

      Ms. ******* filed a virtually identical complaint with the BBB on August 15, 2024, to which Harvest Strategy Group responded on August 20, 2024. At that time, she was referred to the servicer handling her account(s) and no further contact was received. Additionally, the servicer(s) were provided with Ms. ******** contact information and tried on multiple occasions to contact her, including leaving messages without success.

      It should be noted that ********** maintains 3 separate accounts with ****** ********************** Union. Since she has not indicated which one she is referencing in either of her complaints, we are providing the following information

      ****** Credit Union Account ending in 0808 Contact:  The ************. (TBI) at **************
      ****** Credit Union Account ending in 7526 Contact:  The ************. (TBI) at **************
      ****** Credit Union Account ending in 2251 Contact:  ********, Pite & Haan, LLP (APH) at *************

      We have again asked the servicer(s) listed above to reach out to Ms. ******* as well in order to expedite contact with her. Should there be any further issues establishing contact, she may reach out to me directly by telephone or e-mail and I would be happy to assist her further.

      I have been told my account has been sent to them. I been trying setup a payment plan with them. I sent them emails called no one is returning my call. If it is in collections no one is informing me or contacting me from this company
