    I have used this platform for trading and successfully completed multiple withdrawals. Myself and my wife have our own accounts and we have both had withdrawals pending for over 2 months. You can only chat with customer service on their platform and they dont respond anymore. There is a place to leave a complaint/issue, funny thing is, that option doesnt work. There is no phone number to call or email address to mail. We have thousands of dollars sitting in this platform and no way to withdrawal our funds. The people we had communication with in a trading group also deleted their accounts on WhatsApp. So there no longer any help either. I have screenshots from multiple communications with customer service when they were communicating on the chat and when they started ignoring us. All we want is our money. Please someone help! If anyone reading this found a saluting to this problem, please let us know! Thank you BBB for all your help!

    Worked with this business through cryptocurrency exchange through Ctall brokerage company. I was trying to make a withdrawal of my funds. They will not respond or explain how to withdraw from their platform to my Crypto.com account. From what I have read in other complaints, they are having the same problem. All I want is my money back.

    I made an application for withdrawal of currency. Now have been waiting for over 3 weeks and customer service won't answer me or even try to establish communication over the 100 I'm trying to withdraw. There are also other issues with the platform such as glitches and dropouts during trades I've lost more than $100 with this company but all I want is my hundred dollars that I still had available. When the company knows a rightfully stolen thousands and thousands of dollars from me making my trades fall through with their glitches but I'm not complaining about that I just want the $100 that is still mine.

    CTALL is supposed to be a cryptocurrency broker. I put money in made profits which they refuse to honor and send my withdrawal which they approved and now wont answer any inquiries
