    Above the Sky Productions has an online store selling products that he has no intention of ever shipping. Myself and hundreds of others have been waiting 7+ months for product only for the owner to say he spent the money on other expenses in his life. He has dropped all contact with us for weeks. The website is still active meaning he is still able to leech off of unsuspecting victims. He has even tried to target a larger demographic by making selling bootleg *********************** merch in hopes to collect money from her massive fan base.

    I ordered a jersey February 1st. The jersey post states 4-6 weeks shipping. Multiple people have reached out for jerseys they also have been waiting over a year for. The owner **** makes excuses for issues with paying *** and him having cancer but in reality he stole peoples money and has no intention on fulfilling orders. He will not provide updates or refunds he just gives excuses.

    On 12/26/2023 myself along with about 50 others were defrauded by Above The Sky Productions. **** the owner had sold rights to a preorder of jerseys at around $90 a piece I purchased 2 totaling $175.68. We were promised they would be delivered by end of February. Its now the end of April and he continues to lie to his customers about how theyre help up in shipping and how he has a balance with *** so none of his packages will get delivered. Above The Sky specifically **** the founder will actively ignore your refund request because he does not have funds as theyve been running al ***** scheme for years now and the funds have been allocated to paying a former debt.

    Transaction was mid February 2023 for a custom Hockey jersey. After telling them my name plate and number I want they continue with the order. It's goes way beyond its due time for this jersey and didn't get to use it for what I wanted in first place but I did still want it.So after it comes in late they send me the wrong jersey. They apologize and say they are making new ones and I can keep that jersey while I wait and went over again size, # I wanted, and last name on the back. Takes a while again but ***** me it's done. However, they won't be sending me my jersey unless I send them the mess up they sent me back to them after already being told I can keep it. We talk back and forth and I send the jersey back. Takes me twice because the first time they gave me the wrong address. They get the jersey and now send me mine. After all of this the 2nd jersey was even worse. Wrong number, completely wrong name, and a size bigger that's huge. They won't return my phone calls or emails. Waste of money and seems like this has happened before. My roommate also had problems getting a prepaid jersey from them that wasn't custom made.

    An order was placed for a Zeds Dead Starter jacket back in January (10th to be exact). We received a response in March but it is now September and no word back and they refuse to acknowledge emails and postings on social media. I am out of the 180 day period with my back to dispute the charges and now solely rely on ATS to either provide a jacket or refund me.

    This company took on making jerseys for a festival last year. It was more then what they could handle and the jerseys were all damaged. They took accountability and asked us to return our jerseys to them and they would replace them. I returned mine in March and have not gotten a replacement. The owner of the business will not answer my emails, calls, or text message. The vaule of the jerseys are $250. I have emails and text since this started and screen shots of **** asking us to return our jerseys.

    We've been in contact with customer. We have to completely remake the product as **** lost the original package we shipped out. Manufacturing these products takes a good deal of time and funding and we've been closed for 2 months now. Customer is aware that product is being remade. Thank you.
