    Charges on my credit card for $49.95 for three months starting January 2024. When I called the number provided they would only give me limited information even though they were able to see my email and last 4 digits of my credit card. They were reading from a script and when I asked for more information on why the charges were placed they would not give me any more information and hung up on my. I called the following number today, June 20th. ************ I rarely use this card and reported this to ******* credit card company as well. This customer service agent was barely speaking English and could only repeat the same few lines over and over. Very frustrating. I find I am very understanding of other cultures abs this normally would not bother me but I could tell it was scripted. Thank you for your assistance. *******************************

    We have refunded the account in full and blocked the associated credit card with the transaction to ensure no future charges occur.

    There is 2 charges on my PNC Checking Account that are unauthorized transactions, both from "noboardvid.com". One $1.95 and the other is $49.95, neither of them were associated with me or anything I did. Requesting a refund from Merchant. Thank you.

    We will gladly help resolve this issue. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any account associated with the name ************************* or the email address ********************** To help us further investigate this issue, can you please provide the customers first six and last four digits of the credit card that was charged. We will then be able to provide further assistance.
