    Royal crest dairy says I owe them money, fine. I lost my job and found another and I've communicated that with them. Everytime they charge my account they further make me more negative because I get an overdraft fee as well as a return fee on their end. I told them that I can't pay the return fee because I'm paying the overdraft fee already. I paid my total balance minus the return fees and let them know. I took my bank info off and said if they need to close my account then go ahead. They just charged my bank somehow and cause an overdraft fee yet again! How can they charge you without bank info!!!

    *************************** received home delivery service and products from our company up until July 19, 2023.  The first returned check and payment was on July 25, 2023 and we communicated this to the customer.  We stopped deliveries in July due to not receiving payment for **** deliveries and communicated this to the customer.  We ran payment again on August 24, 2023 and it was again returned.  We communicated this to the customer again.  We ran payment again on September 25, 2023 and it was again returned.  We communicated this to the customer again.  Customer sent us an email on October 10, 2023 stating they didn't want to pay the *** fees associated with the multiple returned payments.  Customer has still not paid the balance due which does include the *** fees associated with the returned payments.  

    As a company we do work with our customers when times are difficult, however this customer did not contact us until 10/10/23 for payment that was due in July 2023 and as a result we are unable to remove the *** fees associated with her account.  If the customer would like to call me directly, I would be happy to discuss options that we may have for her.  ********************

    I am rejecting this response because: I have paid off my balance minus the return fees! Can't prove it because I can't even get into my ***********. I paid $56 and my remaining balance was $75, all return fees. I've sent multiple emails with zero response!
