    Ordered a bodysuit and two skirts in November of 2022 and have not heard a single word or follow up about my order unless I reach out. Date of this review is February 4, 2023. I have been in touch with customer service with no answers or approximate delivery date as of yet. Email responses have been rude and condescending thus far, only offering to rush deliver pieces all separately I might add, for an additional $50 per piece on top of a $300.00 order already. Never again. There are other amazing custom dance wear companies out there that deserve our business.

    Do not, under any circumstances, order from this company. There are so many better dancewear boutiques run by more diverse and more compassionate people. Luckyleo was a legitimate small business that is now boardering on fraud. The sizing and quality of their dancewear is extremely inconsistent and does not match the site specifications in any way, even from one style to another. We bought two leotards in the same size and one was about a full 2 sizes smaller than the other. The customer service agent was an unhelpful bully who clearly does not care about the customers and truly seemed to enjoy sending smug and mean spirited ********* to my teenaged daughters kind and apologetic inquiry. Im not kidding when I say that the tone of the customer service reps ********* made my daughter cry and reminded me of high school mean girls.Horrifically bad customer service aside, it does not matter if they are at fault, you are expected to return at your expense. If the tag has been removed or even bent/tampered with they will not accept the return. (They get to decide if its been tampered with so all bets are off even if you follow the rules) If you return something and they decide, for any reason that they wont accept it, even if the return reason was their fault originally, you will be required to pay for it to be sent back to you. The quality and inconsistency of the fits makes me think they may have outsourced manufacturing and the The smug customer service agent advised us to try and sell your new leotard on poshmark. Searching the brand name on ********* site brings up dozens and dozens of people who have also been duped by this ethically questionable excuse for a small business.I could not find and reivewa or even a listing for them on ****** index or yelp, only on ******** where they can delete reviews without recourse. If thats not a red flag, I dont know what is.
