    I downloaded XLSTAT (a free trial) but it screwed up many Excel functions on my computer. A Word document is attached detailing these. I am working on a project for a client (I am unemployed but I have a contract with a company to produce a paper using my skills as a PhD ********** I have collected data from various resources and put together a number of regression equations/models to estimate health care expenditures in the **** on a state-level basis using data that I have gathered on relevant variables for 2010-2019;Given the nature of the data (time-series and cross-sectional), I downloaded a trial of the XLSTAT software; this was a huge mistake given the issues that it has caused and the lack of accountability on the part of the company, with whom I have reached out for support/resolution.

    I purchased a $I,200 package of Nvivo, Transcription, and AI assist products on 4 NOV. The payment for the package cleared on 5 NOV. The purchase is still not showing in my Nvivo (7NOV) account which only shows my initial free trial. I have submitted 2 helpdesk tickets after not being able to access the pricey package I paid for and have gotten several "someone is going to help you soon" emails with no actual help/ assistance. I am exceedingly frustrated because I would sincerely like to use the product, but I can't access my purchase. All I want is assistance in fixed whatever the issue is so that I can use the service that I have paid a substantial amount for. There is no phone number to get assistance and I have also posted in the *************** help page. Still no help! Please help!

    The complaintant bought academic software from the company; a 1 year liscence agreement. Prior to the expiration, 03 Aug, I received a 60-day past due invoice from this company; when in fact, the software liscence did not expire until 23 Sep. I informed their accounts payable via email I did not want to renew; and again on 30 Aug. Emails continued through *********** is no contact phone information for this firm on-line; nor is there any way to contact other than email. I refuse to renew and pay $499 for something I'm not going to use; especially when I cannot contact them for support, customer service, or invoicing. Please help. T
