    This business owner (franchisee) is horrible and very unprofessional. We used them to color our stamped concrete ($3,000.00) in May of 2021. The work was completed and was satisfactory. The owner, Nick Bradshaw, really emphasized how great their follow up customer service was if needed. In May of 2023, I text messaged Nick because the coloring on our patio was wearing off in some area's and I needed to make an appointment to get it repaired. (Non warranty), the warranty had expired and this was not an issue. Nick could not give me firm date because he was behind work because of the rain we had in Denver. Again, no issue, we had all summer to get it fixed. I sent Nick pictures as requested and followed up with a call to him. He couldn't remember me or what I needed, so I had to explain our needs to him again. He texted me that he would get us scheduled for June. I never heard back from Nick, so on June 17th and June 20th I texted him and he finally got back to me and told me it would be August before he could service us. On August 2nd, 3rd and 10th I texted Nick again (no return communication from Nick, to inquire about when he would get to us. He finally got back to me and he told me that he was still doing work for clients from February and March, He never made any commitment to help us. My last text to Nick was on August 25th, and I've never heard back from him. I filed a complaint with the Franchisor, Concrete Craft, and they told me they had no control over the franchisee but would contact Nick and get back to me in 48 hours. I never heard back. This is a very unprofessional company and I would not recommend them. Nick's attitude is appalling and his professionalism is a poor example for the company brand. The Franchisor is also very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY.
