    Hello! I am a trusting elderly woman who found herself in a terrible situation. It is very difficult to understand how can something like this even exist? This shouldn't happen to anyone! This is literally what happened: Dr. ********************** convinced me to pay all the money up front. After that, he entrusted all work to his insufficiently qualified Assistant. I am not able to eat normally, there is approximate 5-7mm gap between my upper teeth and the implants. I feel pain. The crowns are not fitting well, I constantly biting cheek and lip (photo). Strip of CEMENT attached to crown, irritates my tongue. My jaws were injured, I now have TMJ. Very important- Dr. ********************** bad attitude. One day he pulled my mouth to his side so roughly, I couldt believe it, but I couldnt speak up because he was holding my mouth tightly. I was so upset, I was thinking next time bring camera to record his behavior (and I did). Pain during procedures. I asked to numb, he said that he numbed the tooth A WEEK AGO! On my last visit I came with my husband. They wanted my husband to leave. I have been in pain for 21 months. I don't have the money to correct his mistakes. I tried to leave my review on his ****** page, but it was deleted, as well as many other bad reviews. I have been trying to find a Lawyer for 21 months now. Time to file a lawsuit is running out. I think the Lawyers don't see my case as big enough where they can get a lot of money. This injustice made me sick. I contacted ******************* of ********************* ******** of Professions and Occupations, and I received from them Acknowledgment Letter - Case #****-2198. And it's all I have. Time to file a lawsuit is running out. I have only 3 months left.This doctor is sure that he will escape responsibility. On my last visit, Dr ********************** again treated me terribly, he and his wife openly laughed at me, in the presence of my husband, we recorded this all in audio.     As ************** has already stated she has filed a **** complaint regarding her dissatisfaction which is currently being adjudicated..  Due to HIPPA  regulations I am not a liberty to discuss any of this with with the BBB.  I stand behind my position that all here work was done excellently and she has developed a subsequent problem in the area which she refuses to acknowledge and if treated will solve her issues. She probably has not been able to find an attorney because she has not been able to corroborate any wrong doing on my part with any other dentists.  Feel free to read any of my responses that SHE has provided to you.  You will at least see that I have not been unresponsive to her.  All of the work I have provided for ************** is still in her mouth and functioning and if she gets the problem that I have advised her to get treated she will be much better off. This is the first time I have received a complaint on this matter form the BBB.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    Dr. ********************** answer is lie, you can see this in our email correspondence (previously attached to my Complaint). Dr. ********************** continues to state: "I stand behind my position that all here work was done excellently". Please check the photos I have attached to this message. Can this be called excellent work?

    From day one my complaint was about not only one tooth but ALL terrible work: Instead normal implants which I paid for $16,500, Dr.********************** installed Short implants (placed incorrectly). My two other teeth he destroyed for no reason - Tooth #**, was absolutely healthy tooth, but Dr. ********************** ground it down, and then his Assistant put a huge crown on its root. The crown is 3 times larger than it should be, this resulted in me biting my right cheek and lower lip. My BIG tooth #** also was ground down and on this place they installed a SMALL crown that did not cover what's left of the tooth. I am in pain and discomfort, I cant eat on right side of my mouth. But Dr. ********************** refuses to admit that his work is terribly bad (Photos attached)

    I cannot use the implants. There is 5-7mm space between his implants and my upper teeth, inside, from tongue side. I easy put my tongue between upper teeth and his implants. Another doctor saw this and confirmed the terrible job but he did not really wanted take the responsibility of confirming it on paper. I contacted many Lawyers, they all politely sent me to *********************. But I couldn't even talk to him, I only talked to his secretary, who told me that they were very busy but she will put my Case on his table. I was waiting patiently. Then I called them few more times, they are still busy. I need help of a Dentist who can document this terrible work on paper. I NEED HELP! This shouldn't happen to anyone. I tried to leave my honest Review on Dr.********************** ****** Page but his team deleted my Review.

    H36**37393238**38**H, please help me find Justice. I have been suffering for almost two years now. On February 29, 2024 we came to Dr. ********************** to show him HIS terrible work with Request of money back, but Dr. ********************** refused to look at the implants, at the inflammation, at the terrible crowns, at the strip  of cement which hurting my tongue and at the *** which they themselves caused me. He yelled: I do not want to see it! Then I told to his wife ***** that I couldn't eat on the implants and I am in pain. She said: We know. After that they threw us out of their office through the back door. I was hysterical and in tears because it was difficult for me to accept the fact that these people can do this to a person and after that they feel good. How is this even possible? For the first time in my life, I met a doctor who did not cure, but destroyed, and did it so cynically, without any regret, but with lies.
