    I was referred by my Dentist, whose office is next door. I walked-in to setup my consultation appointment. The consultation went fine, but was quoted as more than I expected (understandable but disappointing). They told me they'd reach out two weeks before my appointment to discuss insurance estimates. I had a pretty good idea of what my insurance would cover, but wanted to wait to hear their estimates before cancelling or confirming my appointment. Instead of 14 days, they left me a voicemail 9 days before my appointment asking me to call them to discuss estimates. I tried to return the call the next day (Wednesday), and again the following day (Thursday). When I called at 4pm Thursday, based on their listed business hours of 7am-4:30pm, they were closed. They are also closed Fri-Sun. When I called Monday at 9:35, based on their listed hours of 9:30am-3:30pm, I received the voicemail recording. They're in a meeting and nobody is available. It was at that point that, out of respect for the business, I left a voicemail cancelling my appointment based on timeliness and lack of responsiveness from them. I received a return voicemail asking me to return their call to discuss estimates, and that they "do not accept cancellations over the phone." If they can't be bothered to list proper business hours, nor to answer the phone during those listed hours, it is unreasonable to expect me to call over and over again. I sent them an email restating that I would not be at the appointment, and that refusing to answer the phone nor accept my cancellation were deceptive and unacceptable business practices. I was already annoyed enough by their lack of ****************************** but requiring someone to arrive, in person, to cancel an appointment is completely unreasonable in ****.
