    I went in 5/24/2023 at 8:20am for a routine dermatology/mole screening appt with NP *****************************. I visited Advanced Dermatology Specialists (ADS) or Colorado Advanced Dermatology for a routine dermatology/mole scan appt with Dr *********************************** in 2022.At the end of April, I received a call from an ADS call center asking me to make an appt for my annual screening. I stated I had changed Insurance Companies and would need to confirm I was still in Network and, that I was currently at work and unable to give them my new policy's information. They said they would return my call.A week later I received a 2nd call from ADS asking me to make the annual appt. I was still not in the position to retrieve my card and get them my new Insurance policy's information. They said they would call again.I received a 3rd call from ADS and this time I was able to give them my current Insurance information including my exact Group and member ID. They confirmed I was still in network. I went ahead and made an appt for the following week. I went in for my appt on 5/24/23 at 8:20am. Fifteen minutes after the appt had ended and I was driving home, I received a call from ADS saying I was not in network with my current ***************** and was responsible for the entirety of the bill. I asked to speak with the Office Manager at that time and they said she would call me back. After not receiving a call back, I called them back and spoke with Billing. They said they would reach out to the Office Manager and then call me back.One week later I have not heard back from either the Office manager or Billing. I called Billing a 2nd time and they said there is nothing they can do until the Office Manager returns their call. I have left messages for the Office Manager directly as well. I have not paid the bill for $318 Bill ID is **************
