      They don't pay their vendors either at the ********************* location. Used our lawn company twice and never paid!

      ******** Doesnt understand that the patients need and want to feel comfortable, We finally got someone thats for us and that understands us as patients and Davita Fired them we had the best security guard I cant spell his name but we call him Z he was their for us to make us feel safer and comfortable now its like he did more work then any other staff the secretary never speaks doesnt even look at us she never opens the door and always has her window closed as if were criminals and the social worker OMg she needs to go each time we speak to her she just responds in a ignorant manner and walks away one time an ambulance was on site and had to call her on the phone she spoke so rude to them that the medic had to give the phone to someone else she is very very horrible as a social worker she not very social at all she walks around the site saying My Mouth Is Vicious every day all day just so no one will ask her for help ,, We finally get someone that helps us makes sure were comfortable tells us when our rides are here he even sets up chairs outside just in case we want to sit and wait outside after treatment cause its always so freezing in the lobby he did his job very very well we heard he got fired because of lateness ours that is true he was late at time but what can u expect he worked everyday its just so sad that he had to go all of us here really liked him I wish he was here today he really makes this place feel better once I left my purse and couldnt find it anywhere I came back and he found it I was so relieved that nothing was missing I had 1500$ in my purse all still their I looked up at him and said with a smile The lord is gonna bless u for this he really was their for us and now we have nothing I really wish **** was back here cause he wouldnt have let him go we miss him around here its not the same at all We Always used to tell him that he should ask to become a patient coordinator cause he understood people WE MISS HIM

      Worst experience ever. At the *********, ** location, a few nurses act like they run that company and think they can get away with anything. I was refused dialsys because I had to g to the bath and asked to be disocnnected a couple of times - in the middle of the session. On top of that the old nurse who refused to hook me back up, lied that this is their policy. Then several nurses "ganged up" on me and started lying through their teeth and defending each other. And the administrative assistant there, is the most useless person in the whole facility - dressed like a circus clown, going around and laughing obnoxiously. I am not the only one who thinks so. I now several other patients who feels the same way. And the lack of professionalism and behavior of these women is just outrageos- bursting in obnoxious laugh evry few minutes ,a sif they are at a party. Do NOT go there. Chose a different location.

      This happened on Friday, 04/13/24 I am a patient of this place. I usually have difficulty finishing my 4-hour treatment, I usually ask to be disconnected for the last hour. 5:30 I ask that I disconnect from the technician ****** goes to her break loch at that time, and returns at 6:15 in a bad mood to disconnect me.This happened in the middle, two technicians stayed, I politely asked to be disconnected, and before the nurse left I asked her anyway, they all ignored me, I sat down as I had nausea, dizziness and cramps plus a headache, far from to help me, they called the police, when the nurse on duty arrived, in a bad mood, she asked me not to come back on Monday and that it would be better for me to go to the hospital, and I had the police officers, they didn't let me put a note in the document that they give me to sign when one leaves early, they snatched the paper from my hands, and the officer was told that I became violent, and I could not wait 15 minutes because they were attending to other patients, well I am already a person with a chronic disease so you can't be sure who is lying and who is telling the truth, so I ask them to just check the cameras, they argue that I was guilty of being violent, I never stood up, I just sat down and I never used bad words, but they became a technician (male) and used obscene words, and the other technician called 911, when the police arrived they did not arrest me, they did not warn me, I only heard both versions and they asked me to talk to the social worker.Well, I called the next Monday and spoke with the manager of the clinic, (Nathasa) and she was not aware of what happened on Friday, apparently no one told her anything. She gave me a number where I can make my complaint. and that's what I'm doing.I want to clarify that the truth of what I say can be seen in the clinic's cameras. Now I no longer want to return to a place where they see me badly and treat me badly. that happen 9701 *********** ct ****** zipC *****

      I was on dialysis for over 4 years. They first denied me from getting on the kidney transplant because I was single. They didn't even attempt to put me on any transplant list. 4 to 5 years later I was working overnight. Planned on getting sleep during dialysis. They'd keep waking me up. I have ptsd from the va and get benefits for my disability. Lack of sleep, I snapped and yelled at a few of them, just verbal. They kicked me out of dialysis to die. I'm too angry apparently. Luckily another dialysis company took me in. After that they claimed they don't have my ******** number, which I'd ask for often and they definitely had. They charged like my last couple months to the VA that left we **** out of my pockets being garnished. It was an additional "screw you" on top. Very vindictive, unprofessional, and no consideration for a full time employee just trying to get his blood clean. They discriminated by my race, my handicaps, and treated me like a dog.

      The people at my treatment center are wonderful. My issue is with their records department. I sent a signed release to them over a month ago and my application for long term disability is being held up because they have not yet received my records from Davita. I've called and left messages that were never returned. Finally when I called and filed a grievance with their corporate office they returned my call. However, at that time they told me they were having trouble sending a fax of the records and would have to send them regular mail. The insurance company still hasn't recieved the mail and another week has gone by. I cannot work, I need that disability check but for some reason I can't get them to get the records in.

      I found out my dialysis home hemo nurse is leaving davita. I have been with this nurse for over 4 years and she was the most outstanding nurse trainer i have ever met. As of now all i have is a name to assist me in my home hemo dialysis. I have come to find out that Davita has absolutely no communication what so ever to deal with patients. I have made numerous calls to Davita to what they call guest services. They come on telling you they are taking all the information and that someone will definitely contact you to no avail. I have asked for the *** ******************************* but no one will give me an email or pathway to contact him. It seems all workers cannot get any help from management to deal with problems and it seems widespread in Davita. I learned that in this area some clinics have been shut down and i learned they are shut down for lack of staff and one clinic did not pass the sterlization needed to continue to operate. Clinics are understaffed operating at full capacity. The main problems is the support being given to the workers and lack of communication to correct any problems that arise. They are swept under the rug to keep the problems from getting up to management to correct them. I do my dialysis at home and have had excellent training from my nurse but i m one of the lucky ones. For any patients considering going to Davita i would investigate thoroughly before making this decision.
