    Back in August 2023, I have signed a contract with this agency to run a automated shopify dropshipping store. They had a money back guaranteed if they did not make me $10,000 in sales within 120 days of advertising the products that we were selling on our website. Within those 120 days I have asked for a refund multiple times, but they were reluctant to give me my money back even trying to state that I wasn't entitled to one because I didn't pay the full 15k which is the cost of their service which is not mentioned in the contract, but even so we have initially agreed that I would make monthly payments. Just today 5/23/2024 after communicating with them back and forth I was told by them that they could not refund me because they are out of funds which makes no sense to me since they had a money back guaranteed and it was stated in the contract.
